Shipping Policy:
Delivery Times: Our standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for orders within the continental United States. For international orders, please allow 10-15 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination. Free standard shipping is offered for orders over a specified amount within the continental United States. International shipping rates apply for orders outside the United States.
Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package's progress to your door.
Returns Policy:
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
